Product Description
The 998400 Dial-A-Seal® Applicator is a touch-actuated, all pneumatic applicator for dispensing high viscosity 乐泰 product onto threaded pipe fittings and nipples. The system has a quick turn turret which is equipped with cavities for 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch male pipe threads.
To dispense, the operator presses a fitting down into the correct cavity. The downward motion of the turret depresses a switch that actuates the piston pump causing a metered amount of product to be dispensed. When the fitting is removed, the pump will reset for another cycle.
The Dial-A-Seal accepts 50 ml, 250 ml or 1 liter wide mouth bottles. The product dispense quantity can be adjusted with the rear adjustment knob; the upper limit per dispense cycle is 0.7 ml. The suggested setting for each diameter fitting is given in a table on the units casing. This system includes a stand for holding 1 liter bottles and one empty 1 liter bottle. This unit is recommended for applying Pipe Sealant with Teflon (PST), Stainless Steel PST, Vibra-Seal, and Anti-Seize.
